We offer digital music files for purchase, including but not limited to:

• FLAC format audio files

All digital products are delivered electronically upon successful payment completion. You will receive download links immediately after purchase or via email if provided during checkout.

3. Payment Terms

We accept payments through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Accepted payment methods include:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Other payment methods supported by Stripe

All prices are listed in Euros (€). You can choose to pay any amount between €5 and €50 for the EP, as this is a "pay what you want" model.

Payment must be completed in full before access to digital downloads is granted.

4. Refund Policy

Exceptions may be made in cases of:

• Technical issues preventing download access (we will work to resolve the issue first)
• Duplicate charges or payment errors
• Other extraordinary circumstances at our sole discretion

To request a refund in exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and store the music files for personal use
• Play the music on your personal devices
• Create backup copies for personal archival purposes

You may NOT:

• Upload the files to file-sharing platforms or torrent sites
• Claim ownership or authorship of the music
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or metadata

All intellectual property rights remain with RATCHOPPER.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All music, artwork, text, graphics, and other content on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. RATCHOPPER retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all content.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content may result in legal action and you may be held liable for damages.

7. Download Access

After successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download links. Download links are valid for a reasonable period (typically 30 days from purchase).

It is your responsibility to download the files within this timeframe. We recommend downloading and backing up your files immediately after purchase.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your downloads, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:
